This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels. We take pride in our packaging and realize items bought are expected to arrive in the same condition. However, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased. Please let us know within 3 days and include photos (including an outer box photo with shipping label/tracking#) for the damage claim with the shipping carrier.
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.
