If Damaged
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels. We take pride in our packaging and realize items bought are expected to arrive in the same condition. However, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival "it is not our doing" and becomes the shipping carrier's financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased. Please let us know within 3 days and include photos (including an outer box photo with shipping label/tracking#) for the damage claim with the shipping carrier.
Please retain the entire contents of the package and box until the claim process is completed.
After the claim is settled you can do whatever you choose with the item you purchased.

Return options will vary per item and listing.

Returnable PurchasesIf a listing states that we accept returns and we agree to a buyer's request to return an undamaged item:
• Buyer/Seller responsibility for return shipping costs varies per listing -depending on the item & reason for return.
• If any of the original packaging is missing or unusable please inform us when you contact us
• Item needs to arrive back to us (within 5 days if possible) in original entirety before any refund amount will be processed.

Non-Returnable ItemsWe DO NOT accept return requests for no return listings.
Most of our no return listings will contain pictures taken of the actual item for sale, not stock photos.
If we list an item with defects we try to picture them clearly and will reference if it is defective in our description.
If you decide to purchase a non-returnable item *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*, please do not ask to return your purchase.
